From the Director:
For the past 19 years the Humboldt County Agriculture District #3 Board
has been producing the Winnemucca Ranch Hand Rodeo. This year we are expanding
our responsibilities to include the production of the Horse Sale, Horse
Show, Western Trade Show and Cow Dog Trials to be held February 26 - March
1, 2009.
We are now accepting Exhibitor Applications for non-food exhibit space.
As a previous exhibitor, we would like to offer you the first right of
refusal for the space(s) you occupied during the March 2008 show. However,
due to time constraints, you will be required to return the enclosed application
with a check for the full amount due prior to December 21, 2008. Upon
receipt of your application and payment, we will send you an Exhibitor
Agreement. After that date, spaces will be released and assigned at the
availability and discretion of the committee. Please make the check payable
to the "Winnemucca Ranch Hand Rodeo" and mail it with the application
to 50 W. Winnemucca Blvd., Winnemucca, NV 89445
All new exhibitors must complete and return the Exhibitor Application
form. New exhibitor spaces will be assigned at the availability and discretion
of the committee following the December 21, 2008 deadline. Upon assignment
of a space, new exhibitors will receive a contract. The signed contract,
with payment in full, must be returned within ten (10) days or the space
will be given to the next available exhibitor.
In an effort to draw a larger crowd for the Ranch Hand Rodeo, we will
have free drawings for the spectators. We will be soliciting your gift
donations to help make this successful.
