2012 Winnemucca Ranch Hand Rodeo
Exhibitor Application & Rules

Dear Exhibitor,

For the past 22 years the Humboldt County Agriculture District #3 Board has been producing the Winnemucca Ranch Hand Rodeo.  For our 2012 event we are, once again, including the production of the Horse Sale, Horse Show, Western Trade Show, Cow Dog Trials and Bull Sale to be held March February 29 – March 4, 2012.

We are now accepting Exhibitor Applications for non-food exhibit space. 

2011 EXHIBITORS:  As a previous exhibitor, we would like to offer you the first right of refusal for the space(s) you occupied during the March 2011 show.  You will be required to return the enclosed application with a check for the full amount due prior to December 1, 2011.  Upon receipt of your application and payment in full, we will send you an Exhibitor Agreement.  After that date, spaces will be released and assigned at the availability and discretion of the committee.   Please make the check payable to the “Winnemucca Ranch Hand Rodeo” and mail it with the application to 50 W. Winnemucca Blvd., Winnemucca, NV  89445.                                                     

PROSPECTIVE EXHIBITORS:  All new exhibitors must complete and return the Exhibitor Application form.  DO NOT send payment with the Exhibitor Application.  New exhibitor spaces will be assigned at the availability and discretion of the committee following the December 1, 2011 deadline for returning vendors.  Completion of the Exhibitor Application does NOT guarantee space will be assigned.  Upon acceptance and assignment of a space, new exhibitors will receive a contract.  The signed contract, with payment in full, must be returned within ten (10) days or the space will be given to the next available exhibitor. 

In an effort to draw a larger crowd for the Ranch Hand Rodeo, we will have free drawings for the spectators.  We will be soliciting your gift donations to help make this successful. 

Each exhibitor is eligible to receive a business card size advertisement in the rodeo program.  It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to provide staff with a clean, reproducible business card or copy-ready artwork along with their approved application.
